1. Does you accept returns?

 

A. We accept returns due to quality or workmanship. All returns must be received within 5 days of you receiving the item. We do not accept returns on special order of custom jewelry.

We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number.

 

When will I receive my items?

 

A. Most items will have to be casted when it is ordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks from when the order was placed. We offer free FedEx 2nd day shipping on all orders above $100.00
